We are a prime Supplier of Crimp Capping Machines, used for crimping of aluminium overseals. The semi-automatic Crimp Capping Machine offered by us can be safely used in clean rooms as it generates very little extra material while crimping. We provide semi-automatic Crimp Capping Machine with one format set and the custom crimp heads can be availed for special cap sizes and types. Client can also order extra crimp heads and bottle tools, while custom tools are also available.

- Apt for : 8 mm, 13 mm and 20 mm DIN standard crimp caps with /without flip-off plastic disc

- Apt for : 20 mm and 32 mm DIN caps, also with/without flip-off plastic disc
Mechanism
- Bottle or vial is pressed against the bottle grip for crimping.
- Crimp head moves down to the bottle
- Jaws enclose the cap
- After applying pressure, the head is lifted back in position
Closing head
- Crimp type having hardened steel jaws
- Housed in anodised aluminium
- Each head crimps only one cap size
