Working Mechanism
Media travels from product tank to the pre-sterilized product bag via sterile filter. Then it gets dispensed by the silicone tubes and filling nozzles that have been pre-sterilized, into the vials or bottles. It reduces the need for cleaning and permits proper drug segregation. Aseptic connections and components have no intervention till the tip of filling nozzle, which leads to improved operator safety.
