The Screw Capping Machine works to give consistent closures, ensured by matching cap chucks to the caps and comes with adjustable closing torque, apt for both delicate handling and constant closing torque. Extra bottle grip and capping head sets are available on request.

Working Mechanism

Bottle is pressed against the bottle grip by the operator
Screwdriver and the cap chuck are lowered to the bottle
Pressure activates screwdriver and it spins to reach preset closing torque
Machine returns to original position after capping the bottle
